new brewer

So after a few years i finally bought my fiirst kit from b3 i will be brewing a light ale tomorrow wish me luck

Good luck, my friend. You'll be fine if you follow the directions and don't listen to JP. Where abouts are you brewing?

Good luck and have fun.

2 simple changes / additions from the B3 kit instructions that made my beer better when I rebrewed the same kit:

1) When you steep the grains before the boil only steep in a couple gallons instead of all 6, add the 4 gallons after you remove the grains and bring to a boil

2) Either do a yeast starter or use 2 vials of yeast (they don't really go into yeast at all on those sheets, just give you a place to note what you used)

But it comes out fine following the instruction sheet as well, so don't worry if you don't see this post until later.
