Newby From Florida

Thu Jul 03, 2008 2:19 pm

Just wanted to say hello. I am from North Central Florida. I have only been brewing since late January of this year. I have completed all 12 of my 5 gallon extract batchs successfully and I am now set up and ready to go all grain. I hope to do my first all grain batch this Saturday, a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone.

I grew up in Tampa and attended UF in Gainesville. So cheers from a former Floridian.

What's your all-grain set-up consist of?

What are some of your favorite beers?
