Just a show on TV here and they were drinking in Porto at a place called Shakesbeer.

They talk about a beer called "Super Bock", it's not a German Bock style, but is a lager of some sort and sounds real tasty.

That's surprising, being in Porto and showing off beer.. usually the focus is on the Porto wine - SuperBock is one of the big beers around here. It's a very good lager, 5.2alc, with a good malty body, spends 3 wks on secondary, its very nice.
In US it can be found near portuguese communities, most probably. You should try it!

Hello and welcome.

I'm trying to plan a trip to Portugal right now. My wife and I want to go to Porto for the Red Bull Air Races, and we're trying to figure out if we have time for Lisbon too.

Aging: Gotlandsdrickå, Baltic Porter in Bourbon barrel, Olde Ale #2 in whiskey barrel
