Thank god my girlfriend likes beer;l she's not too pleased about all of the carboy's in our closet though. I told her that we could brew anything that she wanted as her first batch. So we brewed a chocolate stout; with some success. baltobrewer if you were there at the June CSI meeting you would have had some of that brew. It didn't stand up to the Orval clone, but then again very few beers would have.
