New from Ohio

Mon Jan 30, 2006 1:41 pm

Hi all. I am a "new" brewer from Dayton Ohio. I say "new" because the last time I brewed was 1995 and it didn't turn out so good. But I would love to get back in to it and am sitting on a honey wheat now that is in the 2nd fermentor. I like getting tips and advice from others no matter what their level as this is always going to be a learning experience.
If anyone ever finds themselves in the Kettering area of Dayton and wants to play golf...let me know.
It is only kinky the first time...

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
