basically the new rig stemmed from the need of more buttons, more stainless, and more beer! I think I enjoy building as much as brewing so I started on my new rig. Basic rundown- 3-29gal stainless pool filters (single tier), 2-300,000 BTU burners and 1-200,000 BTU burner, 2 March pumps, plate chiller, 3 asco solenoid valves for the gas control, microcontroller with 2.5" lcd screen to display temps and controls. I will try and get some pics up in a couple days or so. I can't wait to brew!

Let me know if you ever want to vacation in Georgia. I'll buy the beer and materials and you can build Version 2.0!

Hey, another Temecula brewer!!! I haven't been to any meetings yet, but I've heard good things about the Temecula Valley Homebrew Association http://temeculahomebrewers.com.

Can't wait to see the pix of that amazing new rig of yours!

I have looked at the Temecula Valley Homebrew Association's site and it looks pretty good. The only problem is that they meet on tuesday nights and my tuesdays are taken, bummer. I will probably get some pix up this weekend.
