Hey, I have been listening since October and am working through the Archives on my commute. I am enjoying the show and finally registered so I could ask a question. So...where should I post a thread about formal brewing education? I am interested in American Brewers Guild, UC Davis, Siebel, etc. I just want to talk in the right place.

THanks!

Welcome to the BN Forum! Probably the best place to post that kind of question is the "General Beer Related" forum. You should get lots of good responses there.

I'm looking at it seriously. I will open a brewpub when my wife finishes her PhD. I am humble enough to know that I will probably hire a brewer, but I at least want the formal ed background to make the business decisions...
