Dear Brewcasters,
Pacific Coast Brewing in Oakland is an all-extract brewpub. Apparently they do not have room to build an all-grain system. Never-the-less, they make some very excellent beers. I think it would be interesting to get their brewmaster in the studio to hear what he has to say about his brewing process (not to mention, maybe he'd bring in some of that Blue Whale Ale. Oh man, that is a good amber ;-)

I have booked them for OCt. 16th

We will be talking about What types of Extract they have tried, and why?

Also, we will talk about their preferred specialty grains. Do they minimash?
