The Brewing Network Show- 7/24/05

Sun Jul 24, 2005 9:11 am

Hey gang,
Don't forget to tune into The Brewing Network Show today at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. This week your Brewcasters Justin Crossley, Jon Plise of B3 and DOZE president Doctor Scott will discuss carbonation levels (how to get it and carbonating to style) and also beer storage. Then, instead of an in studio guest, we will be broadcasting a lecture from Award Winning Brewer Phil Markowski , Brewmaster, Southampton Publick House, given at the NHC this year about his book Farmhouse Ales and Traditional Belgian Ales.

Hopefully I'm not making this comment because of an error on my part, but it seems that the 07/24/05 show that is archived is only about 20 min long. I haven't listened yet, I just noticed it didn't take up much space on my mp3 player

You might want to try downloading it again. I just got it and shows 181:36; size on my drive is 72.7 MB.

Love the archives since I've had to miss several of the live shows. Thanks for sharing with us Justin! :D

You're right. I checked the download manager of my browser and it showed the dn was cancelled. Wierd. Appologies for taking up board space with a silly problem.

Is the 7/17 show missing because the archiver wasn't working? I have a copy of the show (though haven't listened to the entire thing yet).

Yes. I have the 7/17 show but left the archiver on all night, so the file became to large to manage in my editing program. A file of just the show would be much appreciated.

thank you,
justin
