BTW, Sully insists on listing the beer as 55 IBUs. He thinks it tastes like 55. It's actually 35 by formula. I'm going to have it tested. As part of the hop shortage, my goal was to create a beer that tasted hoppier than it really was. I've got one guy fooled.
