Best of luck Brotha, I did it three years ago after smoking 1.5/2 packs a day for 14 years. It was one of the best things I ever did for myself. Other than the fact that I've got fat!

it works great! I've quit three times on it....currently going for number 4 so i feel your pain.

Yeah, I did that 3 times as well. What ever you do, don't put yourself through that. It get exponentially harder each time. And remember, you can't just smoke a cigarette!
