We like goals.

It's usually not a formula for success in the playoffs

depends on the style of play.

Habs are now in the playoffs and the real season begins.

The only offensive teams I remember winning were the Oilers and Penguins and they had World Class offenses. There have been other teams with great offenses but they've had some balance when they won .. the fucking Oilers never would have won anything if the league didn't let pussies play with that fucking pussy Gretzky and Jari Kurri and all those fucking pussies fuck them ... sorry i've been drinking and I hate those fucking pussies

The Habs sure have kicked the shit out of the Bruins this season, and strangely it doesn't bother me, every beatdown may move them closer to being sold and we can be rid of the hotdog selling anchor holding them down.

Shunt... the Pens are gunnin' for that top spot in the East!! Tonight is going to be a big test. Crosby's supposed to be back and maybe Gary Roberts. The Pens have been clicking so well without Crosby that I worry they're just going to try to feed him the puck all night. Stick to the game plan.

As for the Caps... I'm torn. I don't want them to make the playoffs that way Malkin will be considered more seriously for the MVP. But I absolutely HATE Philly!!! Ef Philly!!! And... no, I don't think you should win the MVP if you can't get your team into the playoffs. I don't care how many points you can score.

LET'S GO PENS!!!!

I Know the Habs now want first more than anything. If they get first, Carbonneau gets coach of the year. I really don't mind, right now we're in the playoffs and that's all that matters. Pens are strong, but will Malkin be able to stay on course with Sid back? I really hope so because the playoffs in the EAST are going to be a fun ride.
fuck Philly, Ottawa and Carolina.
On tap at the LAB.

I like the Pens this year, but I'm afraid that Malkin will decide to relax again once Sid is back and he can rely on him to carry the scoring load.

And my Rangers lost two crappy games to Philly... They make it hard to root for them when they play great for a few weeks, then just crap out for a few games...

Let's just hope that they decide to crap out this weekend when they play back-to-back games against the Pens.

Sorry, but the Pens are going DOWN this weekend!!! (Where's the fun without a little smack talk???)

Jagr usually seems to play well against his old team (at least he plays well against someone now a days...)

Although the Rangers have a legitimate shot at catching the Pens for the Atlantic division lead, I think that Montreal will be #1 in the East, Pittsburgh #2, and Carolina (obviously) #3. The Rangers might be better off in the 6th spot rather than 4 or 5...

Oh, and my other prediction: Sorry Boston, but Washington is going to bump you out, and a Montreal/Washington first round match up might be fun to watch!
