I brewed up a weizen with a buddy o' mine a few weeks ago and it turned out well. Good color and flavor. The weird thing (I've never seen it happen before) is when I drop in a slice of lemon it turns the "meat" brown. Anyone have an idea of what could cause this? I'm not to worried about it because it tastes fine, I just thought turning a lemon brown was strange.
Ummm Stop dropping a lemon in there before you get smacked.

Yeah I do it too sometimes but if it is really good it dosen't need lemon.
