Wet hop article in the Wall Street Journal

Today's (8/25/2006) issue of the Wall Street Journal has an article about wet hop beers on page W6.

I find it relevant since I plan on brewing an IPA based off of the wet hopping schedule Vinnie Cilurzo mentioned on his last TBN Sunday show.

It should be fun throwing 43 ounces of hops in the boil kettle. I can't even visualize what that's going to look like.

So yeah, check out the WSJ article if you stumble upon it. Vinnie and Russian River are mentioned in the article, among other breweries that are doing wet-hopped beers.

The actual print article is slightly better though, since it has a table of wet hop beers by various breweries. In any case, you can still check out all the other content of the article.
