Daniela's Blonde Bock that could kill an elch

Hi my friends...
so yesterday I tried my Blonde Ale which turns out to be a Super Blonde Bock, not super because it tastes good :( but super because it is so extremely strong...I am very disappointed in the result, it just tastes way to much like alcohol....
The AG conversion is also hard for me, but I don't want to cry about it...I will rebrew the whole thing and see what I can do better the next time...

Prost

Daniela,

Don't get discouraged about this brew. Let it age a bit. You never know whats going to happen once the beer gets in the bottle. I'd say it will mellow out in a bit.

I still say you and Justin need to back off the advanced stuff you hear about on the show and try some simple basic recipes.

Send me your recipe and lets see if I can help you with this a bit.

Will do sean...thanks for the help :)
I still want to brew AG...so much MORE fun....and I don't know if it will have enough time to age...as I live with JUSTIN... :P
I will definitely try to hide a little bit from him...so it has a chance....

Prost
Daniela

let it lager a bit. My first lager smelled like nail polish after 2 weeks in the bottle. 4 weeks later this smell was gone.

What's an "elch"? :P

It's a mythical german wildabeast. Contrary to popular belief, the elch actually has a very low tolerance for alcohol. And name-calling.
