What kind of sanitizer are you using? Also, make sure you sanitize the airlock, and use vodka in the airlock, not water.

does it taste infected?
If you haven't tasted it, I would do so. You never know what yeast will do.

Well no it tasted ok so as decided last night I racked to a keg and left the film hanging on the carboy here is some pics.
the empty on with film and the full one with beer on the bottom
