I feel you Lars! Got a question 4 u or anyone else that has done ciders. I brewed a cider 8 days ago that is still bubbling every 5-7 seconds. Is this normal? How long should primary take at 65 degrees? I had a really good pitch. Would that make a difference?

Thanks!

Let it go. In my experience ciders take time. After 8 days I'd rack it to a secondary fermenter and leave it alone for a few months.
