Brews Planned:

Helles, Vienna, Oktoberfest, Doppelbock ( I am doing the Helles this week and then each of the other beers on the yeast cake two weeks apart)

Porter- I have a cake of WLP023 waiting

Oatmeal Stout- I have a cake of WLP004 that is almost done.

Brews Going now:

10 gallons of Irish Red split between WLP004/US56

ESB on WLP023 cake. It is ready to be racked over to keg, but I have now place for it.

In the Chest Freezer:

Alt, Imperial Pilsner, IIPA (dry hopped to Vinnie's schedule), Sterling Pilsner, 10 gallons of Dunkel split between WLP838/SafLager Yeast, Welsh Dark Mild, and last but not least a Brown Ale that I fermented out with the yeast cake from the Dunkel made with WLP838.

Phew, shit I have a lot of beer on.

BrewBum,
How much do they run for? I may be interested in it. I just need to prioritize my beer wishlist first. I am due a gift in the next couple weeks :)

Wayne,

I just got my Beer Gun today. I will be giving it a trial run tomorrow I believe. I will be bottling up probally a case or so of assorted beers for the upcoming AHA regionals and NE State Fair. If the bottles don't oxidize like last year when I just used the old picnic tap with bottling wand filling technique then I will be very happy. Are you going to be at the Feb Lincoln Lagers meeting?

Chris, won't be able to make it. I have a buffet dinner for 90 and a catered, plated dinner for 30 that night. I will be lucky to get out of there before 9:30 or so.

Looks like we have lots of beer guns now. Let me know how yours works out. I will be trying mine out on some Poor Richards Ale and my Notso Dunkelweisen tomorrow.
